To install apps and add them to the Home Screen, follow these steps:
1. Press the Smart Hub button (Home-shaped logo) on your Smart Remote Control, then go to Apps.
2. Find the app to install and select “Install”. Then, the TV will prompt you to open the Samsung account. Press the “Select” button, then go to the detailed information screen. You can also search by app name.
3. Select “Install”. After the installation is complete, a menu will appear to open the app or add it to the home screen.
Note: Your Samsung account must be open to install apps.
4. If you press the “Open” button, the app will open immediately. You can add the app to the home screen by pressing the Add to Home button.
Note: Video and Media apps will be added to Media Home, and Game apps will be added to Game Home.
Moving apps to the Home Screen
To move apps to the Home Screen, follow these steps:
1. From the Apps list, scroll to the end of the list and select “Edit List”. Go to the app you want to move, then press the down directional button on your remote.
2. Select “Move” from the “Options” menu. Use the left or right directional buttons to move the app to the desired location, then press the “Select” button.
Note: You can move the focus to the app you want to move and long-press the “Select” button to move it to the desired location.
