
- After logging into the Octopus panel with your customer credentials, you can access the “Support Tickets” section located at the bottom left corner of the screen.

- To create a new support request, simply click the “Create Ticket” button.

• In the form that appears, provide details such as the subject, description, and type of support request.
• Specify which screen, branch, or location the request is related to.
• If needed, you can upload relevant images through the “Attachment” section.
• Once all information is entered, click the “Save” button to submit your support request.
You can also easily track the current status of your previous requests, see whether they have been responded to, and view the communication history through the same section (“Support Tickets”).
